Community is our 1st core value of fitRDU. Our sculpt social classes offer the opportunity for personal connection in an outdoor environment with protocols in place for safety.

fitYOGA

Align yourself in strength and stretch. A classic vinyasa flow class to meet every level.  Because you know a child's pose is always there for you boo.

Crush this core class featuring pilates, and athletic core training.  This core class will leave you strong, centered and ready to tackle all the ish.  

Props: Mat, water, towel and weights

Our Classes

Boot camp y’all.  Yeah, you don’t need boots just the sheer will to push your boundaries, set your goals, and slay the day. Expect bodyweight movements, combined with weighted strength movements, and cardio bursts. 

Props you need to bring: Mat, water, towel, weights.  Optional 1 gallon of water to utilize as a weight.

fitDANCE

Grab your weights (1 to 5 pds) and meet us on the mat for a sculpt yoga class.  This class will leave you empowered, strong, and grounded. Props you need to bring: Mat, water, towel, and set of weights.

COMING SOON! Get ready to bounce with badass babes!  It combines cardio and toning in one musically-infused experience that is easy on the joints.  Expect a full-body sculpting that leaves you feeling like a boss!

Shoes: Required

Props Provided: Tramp, Bands 

Props to Bring: Mat, water, towel, weights.

COMING SOON! Dance like no one’s watching to music mashups  featuring hip hop, pop, and electronic.  Move to the beat as fitDANCE finds exercise through the freedom of movement.  Don’t stress dancing queen!  The steps repeat and sequences are easy to pick up.
